Ross Plank, PMP
Ross Plank is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Plank Group – a California based company specializing in real-world, instructor-led project management leadership training, facilitation, and professional certification.
Ross has more than 18 years experience as an entrepreneur, technologist, and senior level Project Manager. Ross has managed complex multi-million dollar projects for companies & clients such as Mattel, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, iCrossing, Sapient, and Proxicom. Ross has also successfully founded two software development companies.
Ross Plank has a Bachelor of Arts in interpersonal communications from Westmont College and advanced studies in computer science and project management from UCSD. He has taught for the Project Management Institute, American Red Cross, Junior Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Ross currently actively teaches and mentors for the Project Management Institute in LA.
Don Kim, PMP
Don is a results-driven business professional with over 15 years experience of successful accomplishments in diverse industries ranging from finance, retail, health care and IT, with a strong concentration for the past 10 years in project management, business analysis and software development in the IT industry for Fortune 500 companies.
Don has extensive business experience having built two successful businesses from the ground up. This gives him a very unique and pragmatic perspective in how he manages projects, programs and company initiatives in that his focus is always on the bottom line and business value. Don is both a certified ScrumMaster as well as a Project Management Professional.
